Enterprise was established in 1995, named Chung Hing (HongKong) International Co., Ltd when it founded.

In the initial stage when founded, mainly devoted in PCB Field, manufacturing and acting different kinds of professional raw and auxiliary materials material of PCB.

Enterprise begins to develop food automatic equipment and CATV equipment in 1996. ABE brand’s automatic equipment is mainly for instant noodle’s back end packing equipment, obtained many national invention patents. This equipment is enjoying warm welcome by instant noodle manufacturers in Taiwan and sells to oversea countries. ThreeStarCATV brand CATV equipments have obtained many national invention patents. It is also a designated manufacturer by Toner in America

In 2004, Chung Hing enterprise restructured, Guangdong Zhongchen Enterprise Group Co., Ltd established. Set up factories in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Jiangmen, wholly owned set up a filter core production base, joint ventured set up the chemical, backup board and  kraft paper production base. So that to achieve integration development of industry and trade. There are over 2500 employees in Zhongchen Enterprise which including more than a hundred of professionals with technical skills, business management skills and marketing management skills.

In 2005, Guangdong Kaiping Jiashili Food Co., Ltd, with more than 50 years history, was purchased by Zhongchen Enterprise successfully and established Guangdong Jiashili Food Enterprise, which enables this national brand be more shining. Jiashili Group adheres to the corporate spirit of “People • Sincerity • Quality • Height” and social responsibility of  “Jiashili, good for every family”, towards to every family, to the world.

Zhongchen Enterprise has passed the Swiss SGS ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2003 and English QAIC ISO14001-2004 Environmental Management System Certification in 2009.
